It turned out it wasn’t the right time for us, but despite our hesitations Leo was there to provide outstanding service and attentiveness; helping us better understand the market and the process.
When we decided to grow our family and knew we needed something bigger we were sure we wanted Leo to be our realtor. I sent him an email and he got back to me quickly, as if no time had passed at all.
Leo really made an effort to connect with our family and understand our needs for a new home, as well as consider a shortened time frame and the need to close on both properties the same day. There were points throughout the process that we questioned if we were really going to be able to make it happen and Leo was always there to offer assurance and answer any questions we had to give us piece of mind (and we had a lot of questions)!
Operationally Leo was always on the ball— answering emails, timely with appointments, checking in and following up when needed and having many outside resources available. Selling our home was a breeze, and Leo’s team did an outstanding job ensuring our home looked the best and was easily accessible with a 3D tour and high quality photos.
Finally, when we found the right home for our family it just so happened to be at the same time that hurricane Florence was hitting the Carolinas hard. That didn’t stop Leo from helping us see the house (multiple times) and then submitting our offer! At the end of the day everything worked out exactly as Leo had envisioned for us, and were happy to be in our new home preparing for the growth to come!
